If you don’t like your previews in the watermarked gallery you can contact us within 7 days after the delivery of this preview gallery and claim your money back. This can be only done before the delivery of your selection of un-watermarked photos.
You can’t claim money back guarantee once your selection of photos is delivered. If there’s no preview gallery and there’s delivery of the number of photos specified in the purchased package only, you can claim your money back within the 7 days period after delivery of these photos to you. In both cases, your full refund will be processed within 5 days. This money back guarantee is applicable to all the inquiries that we’ve received starting from 16th April 2017. Money back guarantee applies to consumer photo sessions only and it applies to our standard packages only. This money back guarantee is not applicable to B2B contracts.
