Tattoos are no longer stigmatized like they used to be. They’re now considered art. Rather than simply expressions of teenage rebellion, aggression, or short-sightedness. Today tattoo artists in Goa are respected what they truly are: artists. It’s no surprise that Goa does not shy away when it comes to showcasing the said talent, and not just within Goa – but all over the world.
That’s right, the International Goa tattoo festival is back for the 4th time this year. The festival is all set to bring together a whole new line up of some of the best international tattoo artists in the world and mix that in with the amazing tattoo talent of some of India’s best tattoo artists. Here’s everything you need to know before you head out.
